
As a Top Producing agent with consistent results for buyer and seller clients, my objectives are clear. I deliver value to clients by guiding sellers on the absolute best options to sell quickly AND for top dollar, while guiding buyers to find the perfect property with hidden value in the right location. I purposefully support a variety of property types. Executive homes, unique properties like horse farms and urban condos are exciting properties to support, but also understanding land development and supporting first time buyers or investors all provides context to best understand the Raleigh area market and allows me to provide each client with a perspective they likely won't find anywhere else. I am a 20-year resident of the Raleigh/Durham area, with Minnesota roots. After 7 years as an Army Officer, I spent 12 years in Project Management, Change Management and Sales working in the medical industry through elevated senior roles, while also owning a boutique property management business. Additionally, I founded, and lead Raleigh Veteran Connect, a non-profit, and the largest local network of high performing Veterans in the country focused on supporting Veteran leaders and their transitions to the private sector. My unique combination of professional experiences, business ownership and real estate experience allows me to support clients with advanced levels of communication and negotiation. When challenges or unique opportunities appear, I have the life experience to navigate these in situations with professionalism and sound advice. When I am not helping clients buy/sell homes or working with developers and builders you will find me spending as much time as possible with my wife Laura and my sons, Finn and Jack. We are likely either on the lake fishing or waterskiing, hiking somewhere in the Blue Ridge Mountains, traveling anywhere we can find snow to downhill ski, or I may be coaching any myriad of youth sports.... likely one of my son's hockey teams.
